Terms of Service

Arkush is a hosted MCP connector that lets AI clients you connect read and edit your Google Sheets, Docs and Slides. The service is currently in beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Actions performed through Arkush by an AI agent you connected are your actions. You are responsible for what your agent does to your files, including edits, overwrites and deletions. Review changes your agent makes, and keep backups of important documents.

We may rate-limit requests, and we may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably consider abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service or to other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us for it — currently $0. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss caused by actions of an AI agent under your control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

We may update these terms; changes will be announced on this site and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
